1. Commitment to Security and Integrity
THNX US Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “our”) is committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity, transparency, and security in all business communications and transactions.
We are aware that fraudulent actors may attempt to impersonate our company, employees, or representatives through fake websites, social media accounts, or emails.
This statement is intended to help our clients, partners, and contractors recognize and avoid such scams.
2. Official Company Domains and Communication Channels
All legitimate communication from THNX US Inc. will come only from our official domains and verified profiles:

Official email domains:
- @thnxcleaning.com
We do not use free email providers such as Gmail, Yahoo, or Outlook for business communications.
If you receive an email claiming to be from THNX US Inc. that does not use one of the above domains, it is not from us.
3. Warning Signs of Fraudulent Activity
Be alert for the following red flags:
- Requests for payment or wire transfer to personal accounts
- Job or partnership offers requiring upfront fees or “training costs”
- Emails from domains that resemble ours but contain typos (e.g., @thankss.us, @thnx-usa.com)
- Requests for confidential information (SSN, ID scans, banking details)
- Messages from social media profiles not linked to our verified pages
If you encounter any of these behaviors, do not respond, click links, or download attachments.
4. What To Do If You Suspect Fraud
If you receive suspicious communication or believe you’ve been targeted by someone claiming to represent THNX US Inc.:
- Do not send money or share personal information.
- Do not click on any links or attachments in the message.
- Forward the suspicious email (including headers) to [email protected] for verification.

5. Employment Scams Warning
THNX US Inc. occasionally posts legitimate job openings through verified platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, or Upwork.
We will never:
- Request money for job applications, software, or training materials;
- Ask you to share banking or tax details before signing a formal agreement;
- Conduct interviews exclusively over instant messengers without official scheduling.
All recruitment communication will originate from our verified company emails or official recruiter profiles.
6. Limitation of Liability
THNX US Inc. is not responsible for losses or damages arising from fraudulent activities conducted by third parties impersonating our brand or representatives.
However, we actively cooperate with law enforcement agencies to identify and prosecute such offenders.

- Confirm project or payment details only through authorized contacts.
